Frequently asked questions
We offer a range of NDIS services including personal care, community access, respite, high intensity supports, and assistance with daily living. Our team is trained to provide both standard and complex care, tailored to each participant’s needs.
High intensity support refers to specialised care for participants with more complex needs. This can include PEG feeding, seizure management, catheter care, bowel care, and complex behavioural support. Our qualified staff are trained to deliver these services safely, respectfully and consistently.
Yes. Our team includes experienced and qualified support workers who have completed specialised training for high intensity support. We regularly upskill our staff to meet clinical standards and ensure safe, person-centred care.
We take the time to get to know each participant’s preferences, cultural background, support needs and communication style. We offer a free 30-minute meet and greet to help us understand what matters most to you. This allows us to match you with a support worker who not only meets your care needs but also fits your personality and lifestyle.
We provide support across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, feel free to contact us directly.

Yes, we do. Our team has extensive experience working with youth, including those with complex behavioural needs. We’ve supported young people in residential care units and detention centres across Melbourne in partnership with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). We understand the unique challenges faced by at-risk youth and offer mentoring, positive behaviour support, and practical, person-centred care tailored to their needs.
